They have screwed up my order almost every time I've gone. It's simple. No spread. None. It's not the guy taking the order... it's the one making the sandwich. Won't be going back. $10 for a sandwich and a drink is ridiculous anyway... if you're going to overcharge, at least get the order right.

Got rid of sourdough bagels and the smoked salmon cream cheese. The best things are gone and it's now a mediocre chewy-bagel shop

Terrible place. It's not an exaggeration to say they've messed up my order nearly every time I've been here. It's convenient in terms of location but don't expect to get what you paid for or have a reasonable wait time.

Great food but very cramped dining area. During peak hours, there's not really space to wait for an order. Thankfully, the service is usually fast so the long lines don't really matter.

Terrible. I come here sometimes because I need a snack between class. Once, I asked for my bagel toasted, they looked at me funny like it was a big inconvenience. I guess they were about to close. When I took a bite of my bagel, it definitely wasn't toasted. I'm not picky, but I feel they just ignored my request because one of them was too lazy to clean the toaster.
