so i️ was headed to work on 11/19, and i️ wanted a coffee and some coffee cake. the lady i️ was taking to apparently couldn’t hear me over the speaker, so she started getting really rude with me. I️ pulled up and my total was $10.. for a large coffee and coffee cake. they swiped my card and after giving it back she says “i️ guess we don’t have any coffee cake” doesn’t give me any food, and they give me a medium coffee. i️ was very upset. $10 for a medium coffee and i️ had to pay for food i️ didn’t even get. she didn’t give me my receipt either so i️ couldn’t go back in and get anything in return. i️ will not be going back. i️ get a medium coffee every time i️ order a large there. rude employees, and terrible service.

She didn't have a name tag on but she was very rude. I will never be returning to this location. They're onky getting one star becsuse I have to give them one.
