Nice old style decorations and atmosphere. The service was a little strange because when the server came to take our order he stood there without saying anything initially. Once they started talking though they were really friendly. The cashier was also friendly. 
I ordered a gyro with French fries and the food portions were quite generous. Loved the gyro and the seasoning on the fries. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their food as well. Prices were average also. Overall a solid location that serves a variety of food.

Every small town has that one place the locals recommend. In Menomonie, this is it. Their homemade soups are fabulous, and there's no better place around for breakfast. They have a full menu of hearty fare, with GREAT service, reasonable prices, daily specials, and a terrific pie selection. Love the counter service experience, sitting on a vintage-style stool? You'll find it here - and the friendly, hometown atmosphere can't be beat.

Service was fine! The food was okay, I had a blue cheese burger and it said it came with crumbles but you could tell it was cheap blue cheese. I heard the breakfast is better though

They food was fantastic and you get a large helping of food. Very cost effective and worth the price.

We were seated at the table and 2 other tables were seated right after us.  The other 2 tables received their menus and got drinks,  while we were just sitting there. We were sitting at the table for quite awhile,too.  We decided to leave since no one was helping us.  It was very disappointing since my kids were taking me out to a Birthday breakfast! :/
