The staff accidentally forgot to make my breakfast sandwich and addressed it right away. They provided me with a complimentary drink card and asked that I return for a better experience. They were also having computer issues and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Great service to Jordan and team.

Nice atmosphere. Coffee is dependable. Can be a little cold air temperature at times. Overall a good meeting place.

Great coffee as usual, but this place is dirty. Floors have food on them, there's stuff behind the sitting chairs near the fireplace area, and the fireplace doesn't work. (when it's -20 degrees outside, why not have your fireplace on?) Drivethrough is awesome, but this place needs some TLC.

Went in for a meeting, great customer service, pleasant atmosphere. My coffee cake was 😋 delicious. Meeting was productive ans I really really enjoyed my time there.

I love the atmosphere and staff here. Even though they are almost always really busy when I go they seem to be happy and efficient. Even at their busiest it only takes a couple of extra minutes to get my drink to me.
