I’ve been here once before and had awful service, but I chalked it up to the woman taking my order having a bad day. Welp, today I was back, same woman taking my order, same surly attitude. I’ve never been to a Caribou with such rude people. She made me feel like such an inconvenience for being there. Even the woman who made the drinks said nothing but a scoff when I said thank you as she set my drink on the ledge. The woman taking my order both last time and this time (same woman) seemed to be so offended by my presence at my very simple coffee request. Never once looked up, she just held her little paw out and waited for me to grace her with putting my card in her hand. Trust me, I work in the service industry and I know bad days happen. But to have the same attitude two times in a row, weeks apart makes me think that’s just how she is. Other than that, Caribou is Caribou, so you get good coffee and a place to do some work. I’d say save yourself the awful energy and head to the one down the road where they always greet you with a smile!

I ordered a Matcha Green Cooler with bubbles, I was given a Caramel Cooler with bubbles. I waited around a bit to ask if this was the Matcha flavor (and because I wasn't given a bubble straw either). Girl behind the counter said no it's Caramel. I told her I order the Matcha Green Tea flavor. Then she said well, that's not what it was rung up as. Super rude. While I was grabbing my drink and leaving another girl behind the counter offered to make another drink, but I honestly just wanted to get out of there. I work just down the strip, but definitely willing to give up a good parking just to go to Starbucks across the street in Target during my mornings and lunch breaks.

Ordered med cap/sausage egg cheese biscuit, got small cap and chic apple sausage with a little tude when asked about it. 1st world  probs I know, but still lame.
