I stopped by the store around 7 pm or so on February 14th. As I wondered around the seafood department, Ricky, the associate in the department stopped everything he was doing to ask if I needed assistance. I was looking for the lobster tail that was on sale that week, and was having trouble finding a package that was not frozen. Ricky assured me that the frozen lobster I was looking at would be perfect for the dinner I planned that evening. I have not cooked with lobster many times before and had a few questions which Ricky was sure to answer. He walked me through every detail to prepare the lobster properly. He even had a handy cooking instructions sheet he gave me!

There have been many times I have gone into a grocery store and the associates have no sense of communicating with the guest. They look away and won't even make eye contact! This is definitely not the situation I had experienced. Ricky went above and beyond what I would have ever expected!

I love Lunds. It's pricey, but you get great quality everything. Packaged food seems fresher than Target or Walmart. Friendly staff, clean store, good layout.

Absolutely disgusted with  how the hiring managment treated my 14 year old son! Racist to say the least! Had he been lighter I bet they’d been more wiling to work with him! How do you really expect kids to get it right 100% I SHOULD FILE SUITE ON YOUR RACIST COMPANY! I would never choose work over school!! Use your brains !! Never shopping! Here again! Will share his story on ALL OUTLETS!

My kids have a dairy allergy and this is our go to place in the metro to buy pareve baked goods. Granted specific holiday treats go a bit unrepresented (naturally). This location does have the largest collection of Kosher goods that I've found myself in the metro. I highly recommend checking it out if you have not yet.

Definitely an excellent location to shop.  Extremely clean with great staff.  If you go when it is super busy, leaving might take some time.  Meets all the expectations of a Lunds & Byerlys.
