I love Caribou but I hate this store. The people took forever because they didn't seem to know how to work a register. Then she kept on giving us our total before we were done ordering. When we finally got our drinks, they weren't mixed. We had syrup on the bottom of our drinks. Do you know how gross it is to have a drink of pure syrup? The batista even knew they weren't mixed because she said "oh, it'll mix on it's own." I'm so disappointed.

Great place for coffee and snacks, workers are nice and friendly.  I docked one star because its not so great of a place to work on a laptop.  Electrical outlets are few and far between.  Maybe that's a sign I should slow down and just enjoy the coffee.

EDIT:  I gave back the star.  There's a long counter in the back with electrical outlets, they're just hidden deep and underneath.

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches which are overpriced and couldn’t even eat them because they were ice cold. I had nothing to eat for 6 hours bc I was on my way to work. Not happy
