Won't give you any meds that are helpful. Only ones that create more problems. Was taken off a medication that has been the only medication that has EVER helped me..not to mention by a nurse practitioner that I hadn't saw ever before!!! She was judgemental, not understanding and very insulting.

i called today to see a counsel person and they said they had no drs there anymore whats up with the old drs not staying around someone has to look in to why do they stay open at the carrillion clinic building if theres no more drs to see there it needs help including the er department my neighbor came in with cheast pain and it took them 6 hours to see him im glad he wasnt dieing i saw drs and nurses eating laughing and playing on cell phones what is up with this hospital the whole er was full of people from 1pm today they ran him back for xrays and blood work and put him back in the waiting area for 3 more hours really people come on i dont see how carillon got an A when the whole place was nasty  staff people playing around like this wasnt important that people needed there help boy someone must have paid some one to get an A this place is a joke i would soon go too my vets office than be seen here it needs help or close the doors its horrible

I like St A, the staff is very nice to me when I go they have worked with me on appts and even called to see if I was okay if I missed a appointment, the Dr I had was okay but didn't always listen but other wise it's a good place.
.Sorry some of.you all had issues..

Saint Albans Carilion Behavioral Health has the most absolute worst front-desk people I have ever dealt with. They forced me to reschedule two appointments even though I was not late. They were incredibly rude with both me and my wife. Spoke to the manager about it, and she seemed borderline catatonic. This clinic will give you more mental problems, and I would suggest going somewhere else.
