I had tried chiropractic care before. I left disappointed and still in pain. I gave up and went years suffering with back pain. After a new symptom in my mid back grew to be too much, I was seeking relief once again. I found Dr. Ruf at Caring Chiropractic Center. I found relief and hope with the first adjustment. Now only four weeks later and I feel great. He helped me with more then just the symptom I originally went in for.

Caring Chiropractic Center has been part of my family for 26 years. I have tried one other chiropractor. I prefer Dr Ken Ruf and the staff's welcoming and hands on experience. They have this fantastic bulletin board with all kinds of information which is good all year long. I like the fact that they also have a wide screen that gives you information about a person's body. They also have other beneficial needs for health and wellness such as "Biofreeze" products which work great on the aches and pains besides receiving adjustments, books and other products of interest. A few years ago I was in a car accident. I started a new plan with Dr Ken Ruf including massage given by Bridgette (she's excellent) and received electrolysis that helped our backs and neck. A few months later I was in another accident along with my son. He also started a plan. My adjustments have been doing well and my son's also. The doctor also gave us exercises to strengthen our backs and necks, which are going well. Dr Ken Ruf and the staff are darn to earth and wonderful people. They have been very helpful with our needs and working with the insurance companies as well. I would definitely give them a high recommendation for their commitment giving health and wellness to others. Great Customer Service and many thanks Caring Chiropractic Center! Diane Stromgren

I've been to a few different chiropractors over the years and thus is by far the best. Dr.Ruff not only makes you feel better but he explains everything to you. He doesn't just adjust you and send you on your way, he makes sure to explain what he is doing. Everyone is very friendly. I've also been seeing Bridget for massages and she is phenomenal!!!! She is so sweet and really wonderful at what she does. Highly recommended going to caring chiropractic you won't regret it !

Dr Ruf is a wonderful, caring chiropractor and he goes the extra length to educate his patients about chiropractic care. His staff is friendly and welcoming. My husband has been going here for 2 years. I have gone for 3 visits and have decided to go to my old chiropractor, who is 30 minutes away, instead of five. For the initial meeting, he took plenty of time with me. However, he tends to do adjustments very quickly. It almost seemed like an assembly. I did not care for his "style," which I believe is a personal preference The treatments did help, He is NOT a bad chiropractor. He just didn't work for me. I need to feel comfortable with my health care professionals and have learned to trust my intuition. Not the right fit for me.

Dr Ruf always remembers my name and the problem areas I have. I tend to be nervous before adjustments and he takes time to relax me before adjusting me. While you wait, there is education material and fun information displayed. The staff is friendly and professional!
