My appointment, which was with Dr. Richard Cervenka, was handled in a very professional and caring manner. Every aspect from initial contact with the receptionists, to being assessed by the assistant, to taking care of my problem was very impressive. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen and was out of the office within 30 minutes. I highly recommend their services.
