While they were quick to get to my home after my furnace was under a little bit of water, they proceeded to 'fire it up' and as a result, they fried my furnace. Then proceeded to leave and said they would call with prices - which one was to repair and one to replace. When I told them I needed time to think about it, as a single mom, $2000-$4000 is a bit much, they quickly just hung up. I had 2 other professionals look at it and both advised me that they never should have tried to start it. All they should have done was take it apart, clean it and dry it and it would have been fine. It wasn't that much water. When I tried to call them to discuss, they were nasty and pointed the blame to me and said the damage was already done prior to them getting there. Hmmmm - that was a different story than what I was told that morning. PLUS, the other 2 professionals gave me quotes that were $500.00 less! When I tried to talk to them, they were so nasty to me. Stay Away!

They came out quickly to help with a plumbing issue on a house that I have for sale

Called and talked to the secretary. Said they would call me back. Never did.

Krasavage Plumbing was fast and efficient. Their prices were very competitive and they cleaned up perfectly after replacing a sewer line in my home, you never knew they were there. I will use them for all my plumbing and heating needs.
