I called Tom Thomas Plumbing because my water heater started to leak on the top. When I called they explained my options and gave me a fair price, so I said lets schedule it. They were able to get to me within a few days because they had to order the water heater. When they came they had no issues with the install and for the first time in a while I felt good when a contractor left my house. I have had a bad run with contractors. I would highly recommend Tom Thomas Plumbing!!!

Called for a water softener.  He was nice on the phone.  He directed me to get a free water test kit and put him down and he would get the results and he could size and install a softener.  3 years later I'm still waiting for that call.

We had frozen pipes from the Arctic Vortex in the area, and I spent 4 hours with a hair dryer to get them thawed.  Called Tom Thomas, and in less than 15 minutes after they arrived, we had water flowing again in the whole house.  Professional and friendly.  If we ever have problems again, I know who I'm calling!
