Everyone here needs to go through Food Safety training. It defeats the purpose of wearing gloves when preparing food if you are touching things (with your gloves on) that other employees touch while not wearing gloves. I expect better adherence to the rules when it's a manager doing the cooking. Stay on the line and let the other employees bag my order and clear the screen. If you can't do that, then you need to replace your gloves when you return to the line. It's called "cross contamination".

I've tried this restaurant four times since it opened, and I've had the same results each time. My burger falls apart from being soaked in so much sauce and I always get the thick, white parts of the lettuce. I really want this place to succeed, hopefully someone will fix issues like this!

The experience was good the staff was nice, the surfaces in the dining area weren't very clean; tables, counters, benches, floors, all had crumbs and stains. The burger was 8 dollars and didn't have much flavor. The saving grace of This Carl's junior was the awesome smile on the server's face.

Place was really clean. Service was slow took a bit before someone walked up to the counter to take my order, and they were not busy at all. Then when they took my order it was as I inconvenienced them. The TV was super loud. I only have 50% of my hearing and thought the TV was to loud that is bad. Food was put together nice almost looked like the picture. But my fries were cold.
