All bad! I went today and got a medium combo. My fries were half way up the carton, might as well have gotten a small. Once I got to the burger the lettuce was all dark and wilted. It was gross I couldn’t even finish the burger. What a waste of money  This location seriously  needs better management!

I would be very skeptical about ordering online. I placed my order at night 10ish online and when I got here the guy at the window said that he didn't see my order. I showed him where I had already paid and gave him the order number. All he kept saying in broken English is "I don't know, I don't know". So yes I was charged for food that I didn't get. Returned after I saw that they actually took my money and there was no manager available to speak to. The cashier did the same as the guy the night before. Other than telling me that the manager wasn't available, it was "I don't know, I don't know" Twice I've wasted gas and my time. Where's the problem solving skills?? How do I retrieve my funds?

This is the slowest Carl's Jr. I've ever been to. Its not just the drive thru but the inside as well. They are severely understaffed. If your looking to spend your lunch brake in line at the drive thru then definitely visit this place.Service: 1/5

They are fast. Clean. And there’s no line. Also they grill onions upon request. McDonald’s doesn’t. They refuse it. In N Out burger does it. I like this location. The restroom is clean.

The food is decent and I'm glad they are open right now!!

We tried to pickup a meal from this store around 9pm, no one was responding at the drive through so we went to the first window,  a lady was right there. She looked at us and totally ignored us. We hunk the horn but she didn't budge.  A man came over after minutes of waiting and served us. I dont think I will be going back there. The least she could have done was to care enough to speak to us.
