This restaurant has been in business for ages. The food is decent better than Norm’s for sure. It has a small family restaurant feeling as staff recognize their regular customers. The servings are generous and still affordable. I recently had the Jr. Burger Combo with cheese, fries, a refillable small coke, and a side of thousand islands for about $9.00. The yellow chilli peppers were free.

Always liked this place. I have very fond memories here, but now coming here is infuriating. The food is Ok, but it doesnt justify the terrible customer service. Bad service once or twice doesnt upset me, but its been the same years. The few times we did complain it fell on deaf ears. I ask to substitute my side of fries to chili cheese fries and it look like a sloppy slap of fried beans with no meat and cheese.

I wanted to give this place a second chance in getting my order correct but sadly they messed up on it Twice .. I had order a hamburger combo with light dressing and extra lettuce on my burger and as you can see on the picture that doesn't look like no light dressing it was dripping in dressing  and didn't add extra lettuce but where quick to charge me 50 cents for it. This workers need to get it together and follow instructions it's not rocket science and from the reviews their known for messing up orders. I won't be coming back here ever again.. And to top it off food is pretty pricey for the amount of attention they pay to make your order..

Very clean store and kind staff. But I didn't like food very much. I had a double burger. But I'm tired of it while eating. Maybe the balance of patty and veg is not good for me, too much meat. So maybe I like just a burger or hamburger or avocado burger. Next time I will try them.

The people were so nice and at breakfast I was able to get a cheeseburger  meal which by the way WAS Fantastic.  I'm allergic to egg whites so it's hard to find food at breakfast so a burger was awesome. The owner was there working up front and he took my order. My mom is a regular & they all know her so I thought we got extra special treatment,  but no that's just how they treat all their customers . When I'm back in California I'm stopping here For food  cause this was the best.  Wheelchair accessibility: They have several handicap parking spaces that are easily accessible to the front door.  Dietary restrictions: Asked about options for my allergies and they worked with me to find foods I could swap &amp; eat. No egg options for breakfast  for me.

Fantastic Burgers is always consistently good. I ordered breakfast, and I got something for lunch. It happened to be the  only place that was open that early in the morning... and also serving breakfast, lunch and dinner! That's a big deal, especially for those who are not breakfast people. It was so refreshing to have a good, hearty breakfast and a satisfying cup of coffee! ! Finally, the employees are always cheerful and happy that you stopped in ... I hope to go back soon!  Parking: There is plenty parking.

I thought it was odd that they gave me a number sign to post at my table so they could deliver my food to my table similar to Carl's Jr but they called my number for me to get my food at the take-out counter. What's the point in giving me a number? I told them I was dining in too which I thought that is why they give out a number sign. This happened recently on two separate visits. At least the food is good.  The French fries are good.  Parking: The parking lot is relatively tight, but not too bad manageable. This is typical in California. It probably meets California Code minimums, which makes it manageable, but other states are much better. Street construction that the construction crews have been dragging their feet with; also typical of California makes it even more difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, but this isn&#39;t their fault.

I always loved coming here, but lately I just feel ripped off. Paying $9 for only a sandwich that looks like it should be on the Carl’s Jr. Value menu. The name doesn’t say it all anymore.

thismonrning my friend and me order2 hamburguers combos and the frias are so old and the cokeno ice very bad lonche..

If could give a zero that's what I would give this restaurant. Salad was brown and nasty. When ask worker Jaun for a new one he said all salad was the same. And thought it was funny. It want be funny when the health board closes them down are fines them.Food: 1/5
