Fantastic Food! beautiful presentation, fresh food. I drove all the way from Lynden WA and was not disappointed fantastic Hamburger restaurant. The burger in the picture is the "Big Carl".

I come here a lot and order chicken tenders , this time they said pull forward which wasn’t a problem cause I figured fresh food. I got home , tired , starving. I bite into the chicken tenders and they’re hard , dry and not fresh. Tastes like they were sitting there all day in a heat lamp and I’m highly disappointed. Ordered a triple bacon burger master , no pickles, no onions , no tomatoes, extra mustard. It came with all of what I didn’t order. I spent $28 no receipt , nothing. I threw my food in the garbage and basically wasted my money. Not to mention I was charged for a triple burger and didn’t have the extra patty. If I place an order and you read it back correct how do I get my food all wrong. Those chicken tenders were disgusting, dry and tough. My partner specifically wanted that burger and said it had no flavor and had to take it apart and take off things he didn’t want. Now I’m going to bed hungry and highly irritated.

My first Carl's JR. was in Kent and it was fantastic so when Burlington got one I was excited. I went shortly after opening and was disappointed. This was my second and last time. There was only a couple people eating inside. It was clean for fast food joint.  The drive thru was fairly consistent but not backed up. The cashier never smiled. Flaccid. No enthusiasm. No suggestions. Obviously couldn't care less. The fries were cold and the chicken strips were small and over cooked. I asked to replace it  which was no problem. The small chicken strip breading tasted a bit chemically and my husband's burger patty was off. We both thought it was weird. I will not give a third chance.

Hamburger is great, but really a fast food place that puts out a tip can in deive thru??? You get paid , you dont need a tip to hand a bag out. Tonight at 11:10 the deive  thru is closed? Should be open till 11?

Just went through ordered 2 meals and a kids meal. The order was taken incorrectly and when I went in to get what I had ordered, the gentleman in the drive through told me that I had told him just the sandwich when I repeat2d at the speaker my order to him 3 times that I wanted a small meal with a sprite. I also ordered a 5 piece strip meal with waffle fries and a sprite and my tenders are absolutely cold and disgusting. I wasn't going back into argue with these employees again after they told me they were going to have to charge me because they didn't ring my order in correctly. Absolutely horrible service.

In giving it such a low score because. Service was argumentative when i showed my concern about the yellow translucent mayonnaise that was obviously bad. The ladies just looked at me and said thats how it is supposed to be and expected me to eat it. Didnt even want to make me a new burger So gross. 50 cents to add lettuce to the burger. Fries were cold and old. Place looked abandoned. I left without finishing my food as i figured this would just lead to another argument.

I was grabbing my food to get the ferry. My bad for not checking sooner. Asked for a burger and fries_ got 2 chicken burgers.  I dont like chicken.  Fries were dry and I'm now sitting and the terminal hungry after being charged $14. Sadly bn I will pass on Carl's Jr in the future.Food: 2/5

Every time I try to come to this place after I'm off work the doors are always locked and there's never a sign out saying why. Not to forget to mention the hours on the front of the store say they don't close till like 9 but I'm there at 7 or 8pm. Even as I typed this out I watched at least three different people try what I did

i saw a burger with lettuce wrap. i decided to give it a try with some fried zucchini. it was soooooo good and juicy. the lettuce was fresh and crispy. it wasn't at all as messy as i thought it was going to be. perfect amount of condiments. the fried zucchini also tasted so fresh, crispy and juicy, awesome!

Whoever worked drive-through on 8/26/22 8:30am obviously doesn’t know any of the prices . She tried charging me 36 dollars for two steak and egg burritos/no combo . Even after I corrected her, she insisted I was wrong. I work right next door , so it’s super inconvenient that I can never go back without feeling like I’m paying triple the price on whatever I purchase . I ended up just leaving without anything .
