I had to go and see what all the fuss is about and I was pleasantly surprised. Chicken was wonderful. Soft juicy and delicious. If you want to judge a Chefs talent Order a chicken dish. For a chain restertaunt they are very good. I guess that's why they are expanding and the other chain is shrinking.

Ordered a 12 piece tender family meal was told 3 times they don't offer a family meal only 12 piece tender for 27.99. I explained the item was on the menu that I was reading from. I was charged 7.49 for a large fry and a 1.15 for dipping sauce. spent 50 dollars to feed 2 people. Pretty sure staff is stealing items customers are charged for. Line was wrapped around the building into the large parking lot. Awful service. 3 women cashiers 2 not in uniform are just talking to each other at the window. I waited 20 minutes for my food.

I love the chicken. Staff is friendly. The one star is for corporate. PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER so that they don’t have to work with a skeleton crew. Not a good look for you, Popeye’s corporate.  EDIT: I ended up leaving because I waited in the drive through for 23 minutes and only 4 cars moved forward. Ridiculous.

Ok I have had two great experiences.  But the last two times were disgusting: Completely burnt chicken I had to throw it all out. Tonight - 2 long black hairs in the food.  I’m blonde.  Yuck  I will not be ordering again

Popeyes was great! They have inside dining, clean atmosphere, pleasant employees, super chicken sandwich combination very tasty, you must give them a try.Food: 5/5

Good chicken. Poor service and atmosphere.  The drive thru guy forgot to give us our drink and the lobby was closed to go in and fix.

Y'know what, the staff at this location is really good,but they lack training as they're not sure what to do when there is something wrong with your food. They're helpful and it may not be their fault for what I found in my chicken. I have found something disgusting inside my chicken. This was embedded inside the meat in between the fried portion. I'm not sure if the quality control of the chicken is at fault or if this is something Popeyes is doing to make the chicken taste like "chicken". I asked for a refund but the staff asked if I wanted another piece. No thanks. I will never be going back to Popeyes

Now this is some good chicken thats definitely worth the drive!!! They use real white meat for the nuggets and they are breaded just like the original chicken. The biscuit is soo buttery tasting and the cajun fries are delish  10/10 would recommend going here!

Lobby is never open, employees are rude service is slow and warning for those with kids or don't like spicy food even if it's marked regular turns out even there regular is spicy as heck. There's nothing but water that is plain on their menu.

Chicken did not taste fresh, you could tell it was old and stale. They forgot the rice with the "red beans and rice" side. It's just ridiculous. You have one job and you can't even give the customer their complete order. Definitely won't be returning.
