Good food when it has to be fast food. I like Carls Jr. Before McDonald's and burgerking and the service at this one were really good. Kind young man brought the food to our table and wished us a great diner.Food: 4/5

I got the loaded breakfast burrito that has sausage, bacon bits, scrambled eggs, hash rounds, shredded cheese, and salsa. Mine had lots of salsa and hash rounds and very little egg, meat, and cheese. It pretty much just tasted like tomato and onion. This burrito is usually flavorful and tastes pretty good. This must have been an off day but this burrito cost to much to not be good. I was very disappointed.

This Carl’s Jr. is hit or miss. The last time I went there my double Western bacon cheeseburger was super good. However I asked for mayonnaise and there was no mayonnaise. Luckily I had a mayonnaise packet in my vehicle and I just use that. In my opinion the food is expensive for what you get. So you should be able to get what you ordered

They messed up our order in the drive-through. Missing a burger. This is not an isolated incident. Fast food should bag orders at window as they read back order,,,in my opinion.Food: 4/5

I used to hate coming to this place but whoever is managing it is doing a good job because not only is it fast-friendly service but the food was on point, and the place was clean.  .

I've been out here for 5 weeks to help my mother relocate. The manager/ assistant manager Bryce had his employee in tears. This was the 3rd time I've been there in 5 weeks and the 3rd time I've seen Bryce degrade and belittle employees. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR EVERY TIME!!!  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SOMETHING. I'm not one to post comments good or bad.... but after the 3rd experience seeing this I did.

Needs New Management Asap, Wanted some Chicken strips they were out Gave me the wrong order/Drink. Staff is always freaking out in the kitchen

Went inside and ordered. Paid with my card. When I recieved my order I realized I was over charged. The cashier rang up my combo meal and then added another drink and fry to my order. When I brought this up I was told, "We can't do anything about it, you got the food and drink you paid for. No refunds!" What a joke! Too many times I've gone thru drive thru and when my order is handed to me the fries are COLD! I'm so over this place!

Of all the years I've been going to Carl's Jr. I've never had such exceptional sincere service as the service Bryce provided for my fiance and I tonight. This review is specifically for Bryce and his outstanding customer service! That man deserves a darn raise!!!! We were served 6/6/22 at almost 10pm.
