Disappointed. The chicken was old from sitting quite a while in their hot case and yet they served it to us. Yuck. All but one piece that was fresh. But ,we didn't find it till we ate the others in the box and were not hungry anymore. Wished we'd seen it first. Anyway, we probably won't go back anymore the last 3 times something was either not good or the order messed up. So we'll just go somewhere else. The prices aren't that great anyway, anymore.
All of the people who work here personable,helpful and polite. It's always been a pleasant experience. They are great at keeping the line moving. Atmosphere... it's KFC!Food: 5/5
The service was at the drive through was very quick and easy. The employee who greeted us was an older woman with a sweet, kind, and very professional demeanor. As we approached the service window she looked at us with a pleasant and positive attitude making their service extremely enjoyable. The outside appearance was clean with no issues to mention. The reason that they did not receive a 5rating was due to the chicken being extremely greasy and the lack of napkins to help with that issue. Other then that, the rest of the 10 piece mixed family meal was excellent. As well as the speed by which we were served.
Its KFC! It's always good. This place just got remodeled and the inside looks great. The design is really interesting. If I had more time I'd eat at the round family table. It's illuminated by a glowing KFC bucket! An absolutely amazing experience. I've never had a bad experience with this store. The employees are very attentive, you get what you order and don't even have to ask for honey or butter.
Ordered my food. Had to wait but that was fine because the food was hot and cooked fresh. Window cashier was friendly and helpful. It does get busy. Be patient. But definitely worth a visit!!!Food: 5/5
The food is really good, besides the restrooms the restaurant is pretty clean, customer service can be better , some employees are kind of rude and they look like they don’t care about the customers, not all of them tho.
Hopefully this doesn't happen often, but it took 35-40 min by time we got our food! There was people that ordered after us that got their food before us! We only ordered 3 items!

Great customer service. Chicken is always crispy. *Updated 2/23/23* The past 3 times we've gone, the employees were dorking around on the speaker, moaning between our orders, switching between female & male voices, and as I can appreciate a fun work environment, I can only appreciate it when the job is getting done. Past 3 times our orders have been wrong. So I ordered through Doordash this time, and KFC confirmed my order. 15 minutes later my Doordash driver calls and says the app says my food is ready for pickup, but all the teenagers working locked all the doors and ran to the back to hide 8:32pm. Not only is this very unprofessional, but a waste of this man's time trying to work delivering food. We've been watching this KFC go downhill for the past year. What a shame.
The half gallon bag of iced tea alone made the trip worth it. Can't fault the taste of the food either. The staff was all over the place and the young man at the register couldn't figure out how to take an order. Hopefully he was a trainie.
