I recently had a terrible experience at this location. I used the drive thru service and was advised to pull around front while they make my order which I didn’t mind. However, when I got home the burgers were completely inedible; the buns were drenched in sauce to the point the hun was soggy, the bun also appeared to have finger marks. I tried calling the location to reconcile the issue but they don’t have a valid phone number on their google page? Atleast the one above does not go through. Overall I’m not happy with my experience and dissatisfied that I paid for something that I couldn’t eat.

The best Carl’s jr in Costa Mesa, plain and simple. Service is great. Food is always served fresh and fast. This restaurant is the cleanest I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5
It's been a minute since I visited a CJ's The did was good, as good as fast food can be. I can't believe how expensive fast food has gotten. Let's see how the new $20 an hour please out. Everytime I come here the service is amazing food is always made to order and comes out on a timely manner. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly
The employee taking my husband’s order displayed an impatient attitude towards him while he was ordering, and so did the cashier later, when we received our order and he was checking that everything was there. We also found an empty jalapeño popper, just the shell! The overall experience was unsatisfactory, I hope they improve their costumer service and quality control.
Food good, had to park, had lettuce wrap, ask for package separate they said ok, but came all together and got attitude.
