Honestly the family and I were expecting a friendlier atmosphere. The sweets were wonderful and outstanding, but the employees didn't greet us when we first got there and we all agreed no one was smiling. The cases were also a little bare. We went in at 7 long before closing and didn't have very many choices. I wish I could have had a better experience.

-You walk in and see a group of people crowded at the far end of the bake shop, this helps prevent crowding around the bakery display

Service: 2/5
-Your order is taken by 1 person and reviewed before your order slip is placed in a basket.
-Next another worker grabs the orders from the basket. I observed the workers grabbing the orders out of order which is why you'll hear order numbers being called out of order
-Each pastry is individually boxed so this is what is most time consuming, make sure you don't have to rush anywhere cause the wait can vary from 15 mins and easily triple if you come during busy hours

Food: 2/5
-Double Chocolate Cookie $3, Strawberry Cheesecake $7.95
Tiramasu & Carrot Cake $6.85, Lobster tail $5.50
-Lobster tail was my favorite. Excellent crunch texture and ample cream in the center.
-The cookie and cakes gave me a "Oh, that's it?" impression. The double chocolate cookie could use more chocolate and the cakes would taste better eaten chilled

TL;DR - Very inefficient system. Numbers are called out of order. Over-priced mediocre tasting

stars just because they all look very nice but they taste so plain my second time going since they opened. Walmart or Sam's taste way better. Really your just buying the name.

The chocolate moose cake is super cute for small birthday gatherings like 6 people! This cake needs to be kept leveled otherwise you get small chunks attached to the box. This cake is served best when it’s refrigerated or just from a cool environment otherwise the writing on the fondant tag will look a bit melted and cold cake is the best type of cake 🤗. Also, you can get the cake as Cholcolate Fudge. The moose is layered in the cake but gets pretty slippery and a bit messy when cutting slices even when kept refrigerated!

totally overrated!!! cookies look ugly!!! Taste horrible!!! I could have baked my own cookies out of a frozen package better!!! I will never go back and suggest that no one visit that horrible nasty tasting Bakery! What a waste of gas and money!!! I hope the bakery that's in New York is better because if its not this is really fake baking!!!! So nasty!!! Horrible customer service as well... They need to take the cake boss picture off of the building. This is false advertising. I spent $32.00 on cookies my dog want even eat!!!!
