Very disappointed in our most resent visit to Savannah Cafe & Bakery. The meal prices charged are more than what is shown on the menu board. When offered a choice of sides we were not notified of an up charge. When I asked, I was quoted an amount less than what I was charged. We ordered a ham and cheese sandwich for my son. We received a turkey and cheese. I ordered the French Dip. I received my sandwich missing the caramelized onions and no Au Jus sauce. Also noted a general lack of cleanliness to the table and bench seating. I guess the employees phone was more important than the customers experience. Was not impressed to say the least!

We are new to Dallas and stumbled onto this place by accident. Taha, who is usually at the front desk, is always friendly and helpful. We have started frequenting this place at least twice a week now and loved their chicken pesto sandwich and Coca Cola chocolate cake... though the cold sandwiches are worth trying too!

We eat here at least once a month when passing through and love the fact that they make a good old fashioned sandwich with loaf bread. They aren’t trying to serve some reinvented bread type or crazy mix of food items to be different. Add the bakery’s goods and it a meal. Great work. Don’t change.

Food is delicious. This visit there were some issues with drinking glasses that appeared dirty & a salt shaker with a loose top that dumped half the shaker in my soup. They did promptly & happily replace my soup. These issues were anomalies in my experience with the cafe.

Came in here for a quick lunch and the food was amazing. Service was excellent as well. New lunch spot for sure! Their cakes look amazing too!
