Going downhill quickly. Pastries are dry and get smaller every time you go there. Last time I bought apple turners, they did not have any icing. I was told they ran out. Buddy should visit this location...definitely not up to Carlos' Bakery standards!!!!!

Where is the manager??? My husband and I went on Sunday Sept 03 to this store, around 7.30pm. There was a line and we had about 4 people in front of us. We spend there almost 10 minutes and we never couldn't buy any dessert. Only 2 employees for such a big store. Also, there were many empty trays inside of the display cooler, only a few cakes to sell. The worst part? They had the cleaning supplies on top of the tables (towels and cleaning spray), the broom in the middle of the store with garbage on the floor, the carpet was dirty and the garbage can was full full full. They shouldn't have a food place in that condition, that's unacceptable.

Love lobster tail,but it became so small for still the same price, and also hard to chew.A lot of times when I was there trays were empty,was no selection.This location is not doing well,products lost their quality.What a pity

I bought a birthday cake on Saturday for my son and I was very embarrassed and disappointed with the product. First, I didn’t expect Carlos bakery to put out such a terrible product. I purchased the yellow cake with fudge and chocolate frosting and cutting into the cake was like cardboard. I was embarrassed to serve it and it tasted subpar. I am unaware if the product is either old or the recipe was altered. I’m very disappointed.

This place needs a manager and people with good attitude bathrooms are disgusting and the pastries dry
