The staff is really nice here. They are very eager and friendly. This place has great donuts! I loved all the strawberry frosted donuts and the maple frosted ones too. All the snacks are pretty good. Handicap accessibility is great. Very easy. Someone is always willing to hold the door open for you and assist you the best they can.

Best of the best I ever had in my life,I first fell in love with their franchise in Canada and now I'm truly happy their is a Tim Hortons on long Island it's a small place located inside the gas station.

Great coffee and desserts distinct and different than your ordinary donut and coffee. No wonder why they are so big in Canada. Nutella cookie out of this world

By far one of the worst experiences I've had. I went into order a Boston creme donut and a french vanilla. The person there stated that there was no french vanilla available so I opted for the ice cap instead. Once I got to my car I realized that the taste was not even close to the one you get in Canada. The Boston creme donut was stale and I wouldn't be surprised if they had it sitting there for a few days. I went in with high expectations only to realize thereafter that here in New York at least, Dunkin Donuts is far better than this place. Not to mention the customer service was terrible as well. I will not be going here again!

I spend CLOSE to $40.00 per week on Logic pro vape cartridge, and the store REFUSES TO TAKE THE $1.00 OFF COUPON........GOOD BY......
