Steak was very good. Enchiladas lacked flavor, spice. Beans and rice were slightly dry. Tea was very good. Menu had adequate selection. Seating was semi private in the booth. Didn't visit the rest room. Price was decent. Wait staff was attentive. Over-all satisfied.

Had a great experience when we went last night. Our server, Omar was awesome! He was very polite, helpful and attentive. Food was delicious as well. I had not been to Carlos O’Kellys in probably 6 years or so, and I was very impressed. 
Will definitely be going back soon!

Free chips and yummy salsa as always. Great specials on drinks. Nice big variety of Mexican food to choose from. Service was fabulous too.

We have always loved to eat at Carlos O'Kellys when we get the chance. It has been several years since our last visit and we were extremely disappointed.  The food is nothing like it used to be. Everything tasted very processed.

Literally the worst food I've ever had at a restaurant. I wanted to spit the seafood enchilada in a napkin and leave. I might as well has microwaved a gas station burrito with cheese. I got a happy hour margherita for $2...it came from a plastic tub on the counter, In a tiny mug... Couldn't taste the alcohol and it didn't taste like a margherita. I order a whiskey and citrus soda with a double shot.(7&7) Im pretty sure they water down the Seagram's 7.... Worst place i can remember.
