Amazing food!! Wonderful atmosphere!! Excellent customer service!! I'm new to Grand Island, NE, and we are over joyed to have found Napoli's. I would strongly recommend the Sampler and the Napoli's special, they were exceptional. I am looking forward to trying many things on their extensive menu, and thank Melody for her outstanding customer service, and knowledge of the menu. Thank you!

Love coming here - the food is freshly prepared and delicious! I am gluten free and they are very accommodating for that sensitivity. The portions are HUGE and the from scratch salad dressings are delicious. The wait staff is courteous, helpful and kind. Special kudos to Melody who waited on us when there were ten people and four gluten free eaters. We were there after a funeral and she treated us so well, she lifted us up when we were down. I'm not from Grand Island, but every time we come to town this is the first place we go!

We went here because we wanted to try something new. It was ok. The food was average and the service was ok. The sauce had a strong tomato flavor and the rolls were hard. The salmon was cooked really well but the sauce was to watery for me and just tasted like a lemon. Our waitress was obviously very busy because we didn’t see her much. Probably won’t go back but I couldn’t say for sure.

Great pizza. Good service and moderate prices. The rest of the menu looked great too. It's a new favorite place to eat when we are in town to visit family and friends.

While sitting in our booth, my daughter found an ant crawling on her plate. After killing that one, we proceeded to kill 3 more. When we told our waitress she apologized and said that they have an ant problem. While waiting for our bill, with only have taken a few bites of our food (yes they still charged us) we found several more ants. I would never recommend this place!
