Got my hair cut and colored. Ashley did an amazing job on my hair. She put in layers like I wanted and the red came out beautifully on my hair. They worked me into their schedule even though it was really last minute. I am planning on coming back to get it trimmed and colored before I head up to college.

I had my first experience  here today.  My stylist was Juliet.  She was friendly, on time, and did a great job! She listened to what I wanted for my haircut and delivered a great service!

I came in on a last minute appointment just to get a cut. The stylist was super sweet but I could definitely tell she was in a rush. She never asked me how I wanted my hair to look like or if I had a picture for reference. She did however ask how much I wanted cut off and went straight across my hair. After getting it washed and somewhat dry, she wasn't doing anything else to my hair as far as cutting it so that's when I just started explaining to her what I wanted and she did the bare minimum. I gave up at this point and just wanted to leave. She didn't even dry my hair completely because 'it's hot outside'. After a week of being so unhappy with my hair I spoke with the owner. I explained to him that I hate to complain and I know it was a last minute appointment and it's busy this time of year but I felt rushed and am completely unhappy with the way my hair turned out. His reponse was 'It's busy this time of year with graduation and people going to vacation but thank you for your feedback'. He never offered to fix it nor any compensation. I have NEVER written a negative review about any place until now. This isn't food that can be sent back to the kitchen to be fixed or taken off the bill or something that can be returned to the store, it's my hair. 

When I went to another salon, the stylist told me that my hair was completely uneven and had to cut off an extra 2 inches (after already  getting 6 inches cut off) in order to fix it.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years. I live in Smyrna now and still make the drive when I need color or cut. Julissa and Carlos are wonderful, warm people and really care about customer service. Maria is my go to and has learned from the best! They are super accommodating.  I recently went for a color and wasn't too crazy about how bright the red was in my hair after a week. When I went back, Maria toned it down for me at no extra charge so that I could be happy. (and i LOVE it now!) If they don't answer when you call, just try again later. They do get really busy and it's hard to hear the phone over the multiple hair dryers.

I moved to Georgia just under 2 years ago.  I have had a terrible time finding a salon that could cut my hair properly, let alone trust them with color...unit NOW!!  It was well worth the 1-1/4 hour drive from Sandy Springs to Peachtree City to come to Carlo's salon on recommendation from a friend.  Maria was amazing!!  I could not be any happier with my cut and highlights!  Maria's customer service and attention to my needs was top notch.  She is a very talented cosmetologist and her level of professionalism is extraordinary.  I will be back for sure!!
