Saw a bike posted on Facebook marketplace and contacted him asking if I could come a few days later he told me absolutely. I told him that I was an hour away and told him what time I could be there and he assured me it was not a problem. When I arrived the guy told me that it was sold earlier in the week. I was never told that and the guy called the owner. After waiting for 15 minutes for him to show up I explained to the guy that we had talked on Facebook about me coming this day to get the bike. He told me he sold it and was very rude and disrespectful. I was not aware he was a bike shop as I saw the listing on Facebook marketplace. I understand that people say they will show up and back out but we had previously discussed what time I would be there and did not think that it would be sold before and did not appreciate the disrespect when I showed up and inquired about it.
Drove an hour to visit and well worth it! Has a lot of vintage parts and amazing prices. Carl's very knowledgeable and just a really legit honest dude, will def be back and would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of vintage bike parts or bikes
My son’s bike was unfortunately stolen and I was looking for one in budget and in a rush. Carl met us at the shop even though they weren’t open and already had a selection ready to go for my son to test out and choose. Professional, prompt, awesome bike, and a kind business owner. Definitely recommend!
Met up with Carl, call ahead for an appt during the week is best method. Great guy, has all different bikes, specializes in old school riders. Has some parts. Don't call and ask what parts.... go look ! A good place for some high end younger kids bikes !
Great experience this past weekend at this bike shop! Owner was very friendly and helpful. Clearly knows his stuff! Will definitely be returning once our kiddo gets old enough to get his first bike.
I purchased a bike from Carl yesterday. I am very happy with the bike. The price was fair. He answered all my questions I had. I drove a little over an hour to come get this bike. And I will do it again. I bought the bike from him yesterday and took it on the trail the same day to see what it needed. It needed nothing. It is an older trek but rode like new. Very please . Thank you again carl. See you again soon
Carl knows bikes and is clearly passionate about fixing them up. If you're looking for a bike, go see Carl
Great service, I told him what I needed, he helped me get my bike, reasonably priced, and I will be back in a couple weeks to get my son a new bike to start riding to school. Thank you
Carl has good deals
