There are some things I really like and some I just don't. For us this is a great location, it's super fast and easy to get to 309 or into town. The pricing here can't be beat, so many utilities are included. The apartment we are in came with brand new appliances, fresh paint and new carpet. Plus they allow us to keep our cats at no extra charge. That being said.. it is a complex and there are people everywhere and the apartments are far from soundproof. We definitely hear our neighbors and people outside. Laundry is the worst. There are two sets of machines. They are old and super basic (three setting and no timing indication). They only take quarters $1.75 a load, which we rarely have quarters. And the machines really skeeve me out sometimes. They just don't seem clean. So we now take our clothes elsewhere to get washed. Overall we are kinda happy here, honestly the price and location can't be beat for us.

Its an ok place to live for the price. Laundry room,well kept. Rent keeps going up every year

Coin operates laundry, only two machines (of each) per building. No one really bothers you here either.

There is not nearly enough parking. Other buildings take all of your parking. Management will not enforce policies. They consider no working dryers in your building to not be an emergency. Guess they dont care if we haveno dry clothes or bed sheets.
