This place is great !  Our technician was so nice and helpful.  I have used other AC companies before & always felt like i was sitting duck waiting to get ripped off at any second.   I didnt have that feeling , nor did i end up getting ripped off at all, .... and i got great service!!!.    its good to see companies with nice employees,  be honest & do well .    I STRONGLY SUGGEST SUPPORTING them , as they will be there for you when you need them , glad i finally found a company i can rely on.    soooooo nice to get our AC back working in such a short time.

We have used them for both home and business service, and installations. Owner, Larry Carlson, is committed to providing service that is prompt and fair. We know that we can depend on them to do the job right the first time.

I AM MAD, I called carlson on because my AC did not work.Over the phone they said a service call is $69.  I took the housing off my Carrier AC unit and hosed off the dirt hair and grass from the cooling fins. Carlson came out, tested a few spots on the unit and said its the fan. They said they did not have the fan in their truck, they needed to order it and it would be about $200 plus labor. Carlson left after 20 minutes charging me $129 because they said "well we sent 2 guys out and thats what we charge" I did not ask for 2 guys. So I paid $129 to have Carlson teach a new employee how to trouble shoot on my AC unit. They did not even put the unit back together. 20 minutes =$129
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
