Honesty and Integrity I am not personally a customer, but I have a mutual customer. I had to contact Carlson's for something that they had promised to the mutual customer. With no hesitation John Carlson made good on his promise. When in Susanville and in need of their services, pick them above anyone else!

We stopped into Carlson's for an alignment midway through an interstate trip. My husband and a friend had just replaced the struts on the car and we wanted to be sure it was all set before logging a ton more miles. Even though it was late in the day, they happily agreed to work on the car, for a reasonable price. We dropped the car off and did some shopping. When we got back, they said that it was still in great alignment, so they charged us nothing. The car is driving straight and we much appreciated the honesty!
