If you want to have the worse experience buying or later on trying  to fix your car after buying from these people, be my guest. No respect for customers what so ever from the employees or the service department manager. “they are absolutely rude”...
i’ll be taking my business somewhere else. I hope the owner can see this review and train his staff properly since this is the only dealership in town.

Check Engine light activated on my 2016 RAM EcoDiesel, Mon afternoon. I stopped by the Service Dept on Tue morning to see about an appt.  The friendly service writer informed me he could have it looked at within the hour; I agreed.  The shuttle driver then transported me and my clubs to the golf course.  About 11:30, I was notified via phone my truck was ready and also asked if I needed a ride from GC to the dealership.  I declined the offer since I had a friend heading that way.  Upon arrival, a friendly lady gave me my key and a bag of popcorn with a potential prize in it - I didn't win; the only non-positive part of this entire experience.  Five Star Service.. THANKS!!!
