We also own full-service travel agencies in Belleville, Barrie, Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Cobourg, Toronto, and have home based agents all across Ontario.We specialize in corporate and leisure travel, conference, convention and incentive travel, as well as group tours and motor coach charters.

We have always dealt with Linda and she is the most patient person. Guiding us through the process of every trip, even when we second guess her. Linda knows excatly what to suggest for vacations since we like adventure. Without her help we probably wouldnt be on vacations.

I can't say enough for the "above and beyond" service I recently received. With less than 12 hours to my flight, I realized my passport was expiring in 3-weeks. Total PANIC set-in. 

I reached out to Carolyn Condon on a Sunday, not knowing if she would be on-line...within an hour I received a return call and we had Plan A, Plan B and even Plan C ready to go. As it turned out I was not able to board the plane so we immediately went to Plan B and I headed to the Passport office. On route, Carolyn searched for ways for me to join my husband and friends on our all-inclusive trip to Roatan. Keep in mind that flying to Roatan is not like flying to Orlando, there are not many direct flights.

With my new 10-year passport in hand in less than 3 hours (thank you Federal Government), Carolyn had me booked on a flight that same day at 4:30 pm to El Salvador, with an early morning flight to Roatan. She also took care of booking my hotel room and transportation to and from the San Salvador airport. 

With Carolyn’s effort, I only missed one-day of our all-inclusive vacation. All things considered this was incredible! 

Carolyn was the voice of calm…reassuring me every step of the way until I landed in sunny Roatan.

I am confident I would not have received this level of personal service from a travel website. So glad I booked local!

We recently came back from our first family holiday in Cuba.  We dealt with Carolyn Neveu for our booking and she was fantastic!  We had given her a gazillion requests and had a ton of questions. She managed to accommodate all of our requests and answered each and every one of our questions.  Thanks to the knowledge she provided we felt well prepared to travel with our 18 month old, and travelling with him was a breeze. Thank you for your patience and great service Carolyn!

In February, our family booked a trip with Jessica and it was such a smooth process. We gave her a list of what we liked, and a budget, and she narrowed it to a few selections. We chose one, and next thing we knew we were picking up our tickets. Not a hitch. Thank you for making this uncomplicated!

Just want to say that Linda Francis   at C Wagonlit in Peterborough is phenomenal . Nothing is too much trouble ... She is  so fantastic ...    especially with helping to connect flights  when   overseas etc ... and in every way ...   Catherine
