Great experience.  We have bought 2 cars from John Pereira and he always takes the time to get everything done right regardless of staying late or any concerns. We had a trade in on 1 and they offered a better amount than 2 dealerships did. IT IS SO NICE TO NOT HAGGLE & JUST GET THE BEST PRICE FROM A FRIENDLY HUMAN.

Nice selection of cars. Sales people are great especially Marcus who went out of his way to find me my dream car. Service department takes a while to get anything done and I have to keep bringing the car back because they don't complete all the things I drop the car off for. I'm kinda glad the 90-day warranty is over so I can bring it to the BMW dealership for proper repairs.

In a 6 month period I’ve been back for 3 different issues, recently (only having the car for 6 months) now my Batrery needs to be replaced & they charged me $250 to replace it!!!  Also when I debated taking it else where he tells me, I can have someone or bring someone to jump it if I want to take it somewhere else. I thought this was a decent dealership, reminds me of the places that are buy here pay here - I originally recommended so many people now I take that back

Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a nice surprise how fast the appraisal was and they made the process easy for us to sell our car to them. We were given a fair market value on the car. This was so much better than trying to sell our car our selves. We left happy and would recommend our family and friends to give them a try.  No pressure or hassle. Thank you Carmax!!!

Grace and Anthony were fantastic to work with. I had 2 cars brought in from other states and purchased this beautiful red Mitsubishi. The overall experience was BETTER than expected, and I would purchase another and recommend both CarMax and Grace or Anthony to family and friends.
On a side note, if you live in PA, purchase in PA. It is more convenient and less time consuming having to chase down registration, and inspection than buying NJ.
