I started working with Carmines after seeing a unique car they had advertised on Car Gurus. Reached out to their sales department and was put in touch with Arthur. He was quick to respond, provided in-depth and detailed information on the car and worked with me to negotiate price. As discussions progressed, I worked with Carmine and Troy and we were able to come to a mutually agreeable, fair price for the car. 

Despite the fact that I was an out-of-town buyer, the process was seamless and easy. The team there was great to work with, got back to me immediately on any questions and provided documentation at every step along the way. 

They put the car on the transporter and off it went. I would not have any hesitation working with these folks to purchase a car, whether you are local or across the country. Good, honest folks to work with, which is unfortunately rare these days.

Excellent Foreign car service.  Have had great service on BMW and Mercedes that I've taken to them.  Much more competent than the dealer at a much better price.  Carmine the owner is very involved and accessible.  Highly recommend!!

I first met Carmine and Wendy a couple of months ago in Kernersville. They told me all about Carmine's Import Service and invited me to visit the shop for my next car service. I immediately felt so comfortable with Carmine and Wendy and knew that they would take good care of my vehicle. I just had my first appointment with them this week and I was very impressed. They offer fabulous, family oriented, customer service- which is really hard to find in this industry! Also, the service they offered for my Mercedes was definitely more affordable than whats offered at the dealership. Thanks Carmine and Wendy!

Bought a consignment car was told by Carmine - it was in great shape with no issues. I didn't inspect due to his comment. The car sat some and driven around town for a couple of weeks. Drove on a trip, car had a vibration that got worse with speed 60 and up. Front cv joint is bad, need to replace axle and has an oil leak at engine. I'm disapointed. I would have used repair cost during pricing.

Excellent experience dealing with Arthur. Very honest and upfront. Car was just as advertised. Would definitively do business with them again.
