They made the process so simple. I called about a specific vehicle that I was interested in and they made sure to stick with that particular one. There was no games or gimmicks. When I arrived to the dealership, they had what I inquired about. Everything about the vehicle checked out.

Making a deal with them was a cinch. I honestly didn't expect to be walking away with a truck the same day I called them. They made the process very simple though, so it was a hard offer to refuse. The paperwork was straightforward and up to par with what was explained over the phone. They seem to be transparent with their customers.

As their name implies, they are very direct and straight to the point. I saw a vehicle I was interested in and they qualified me for it immediately. There were no delays or shoddy games. The paperwork was provided and their word was their bond. Very happy to do business with straight shooters.

Called inquiring about a 4Runner.  I must have caught the sales person at a wrong time as he wasn't the friendliest or accommodating.  I asked about specific questions about the vehicle as I saw concerns while viewing the photos online.  Yes, he did check it for me - but I felt that it was such a hassle to walk out and verify.  After all, I am a customer - a potential buyer of a vehicle you have listed, least he can do is provide more information on questions being asked.  Where's the sales pitch to try to sell the vehicle?  You gotta be enthusiastic about selling your own product.... Might have just lost a sale because sales person allowed the interruption of his breakfast to get in between the sale....

They are very up front and transparent with their customers. I really appreciated that about their service. I recommend them for sure.
