Dr. Miller is the most best vet in NY. He has been caring for my 
toy poodle since she was a pup. She is now 15 years old, and despite the many health issues that accompany her age, thanks to Dr. Miller's diagnoses and expert recommendations, she is still going strong. The office staff is attentive and kind. Dr. Miller is more than caring. I do believe he loves all the animals. I highly recommend this office to anyone who wants the best for their pet!

Have been a client of Carnegie Hill Veterinarians for close to twenty years with three very different cats and a dog with some medical issues.  Dr. Miller and his very caring staff have always provided excellent treatment but more importantly became our partners in keeping these pets--and the family who loved them--healthy,  happy,  well adjusted.  A truly kind, good place.

I have been going to Dr Miller for about 20 years with cats and dogs. Emergencies are accommodated, and both the doctor and his staff consult with you over the phone. When my last dog developed a serious medical problem,  he was the greatest. he did tests to diagnose, referred me to a specializing radiologist at the Animal Medical Center, and continued communication with the AMC for the next year.  Who wants to feel alone when your precious pet is so sick?

Dr. Miller and his staff are wonderful with my dog. They have been great for regular checkups *and* emergencies, and have taken a flexible approach to their billing when I needed it. My dog is very skittish, and the entire clinic has worked to make him feel loved even when he's trying to hide behind chairs. They take all pet concerns seriously, but work hard to be certain that the procedures and tests they carry out are necessary and worth your time and money. Even having moved away, I now travel from Queens to the UES to bring my dog to them, because of the care they take, and the fact that they still charge less than my local vet in the borough.

Carnegie Hill Veterinarians,  Dr. Miller, his associates  and his technicians give the best care with compassion and efficient treatment to our 5  cats. They are accessible, easy to respond to your questions and appointment requests.  Highly recommendable !
