Mr and Mrs Carney went above and beyond to help make our experience as comfortable as possible! These amazing people did more than what I could have ever dreamed of. I will always recommend this family owned funeral home to everyone I know that loses a loved one. I was treated with the utmost respect. At first they seemed easy enough to work with, by day 2 I realized they screwed up the obituary. The visitation went OK. The funeral was a disaster- the preacher read the wrong obituary which extremely upset my mother who is already dying from stage 4 cancer. I was under the impression that graveside service meant, tent, chairs, etc. NOPE, there was a hole with boards on it, our family had to go get ratchet straps and lower my brothers casket into the ground ourselves! And when I went back to the funeral home to confront them about the horrible service, I found out as soon as I left, they called my niece ( yes, we just buried her dad!) And told her I was mad at her! Really! This is by far the most unprofessional immature business I have yet to come in contact with.
