I am a Black woman with crazy thick curly hair, and I have been going to Tina Marie since I was 13 years old for all my cuts, highlights, deep conditioning protein masks, etc. I now live in NYC but have yet to find anyone who takes as good care of my hair as Tina, and that is after 2 or 3 trips to different $200+ celebrity curly specialty salons in the city. Granted I have family in Syracuse, but it is well worth the wait for those visits for the care she provides!!

I went to Carol and Company for the first time today for a facial, a cut and color.  The facial was relaxing and my skin feels great. 

Lisa did my hair.  I was not sure what I wanted done when I went in, she had some really good ideas and my hair looks wonderful.  The salon itself is nice looking and everyone there was pleasant and professional.  The prices are very reasonable as well.  I am definitely going back.

I had a gift certificate for a Jessica,  Made several appointments with her and she kept canceling it.  Spoke with the owner and she wouldn't do anything about it. Told me it has to be with Jessica. Jessica would not honor the gift certificate because it was past the expiration date. This was after several calls to her and appointments that SHE canceled.
