We got there on a Friday morning right before they opened and they already had a line forming by the front door. It was our first visit and based on reviews I chose to get there early based on how busy they get. We got in and they reserve your spot using your phone number but if it's your first time you fill out a short piece of paper. They have a few sweats but definitely not enough for all of the people who start swarming the place. The seating area and toys are covered in hair that doesn't get cleaned up. We were called back when our spot was up and the vibe I got right off the bat was that it was very fast paced. My child hates the feeling of hair on the neck and ears. We asked for it to be shorter in the back (specifically that it won't touch the neck) and longer in the front. My child has curly hair so she made a few snips here and there and said "I am not sure if it will curl up more or not." Well it did. We got home and it was finally dried completely. The right side in the front is considerably longer than the left side. When we go to put the hair up in a pony tail the shortest layer in the back is uneven and the left side won't go up into the ponytail while the right side does. The hair dresser was pleasant and it was a nice kid atmosphere. I just don't think she took the time to really get the hair cut/style correct for my child.
