We have been Carol House customers for over twenty years. We recently had their design team come to our New house to help us redesign our living room. It turn out amazing!!! We had one slight oversight on our part and the Manager Kevin stepped in and solved the issue for us immediately.  This is why when we shop for furniture we always choose Carol House. Thank you again to the entire staff for their professionalism and truly 5 star service. We will be back soon for our den redesign. By the way we love nice things!

I purchased a really beautiful bedroom set at a great price! I loved working with Denise and she made my buying experience amazing! On the date of delivery I was assigned a time of 12 to 3 pm. At 3:15 pm I received a call from a delivery representative stating that their delivery truck is behind. I expressed to him that an earlier call would have been appreciated. He proceeded to go back and forth with me stating that a call period was a courtesy, the delivery was free anyway, “it is what it is”, and they don’t give away free money. An apology for the late notice would have sufficed! That’s the only thing I believe is due to a paying customer. I won’t be shopping with them again!

I am posting as a former employee and experienced salesperson.  In my time at Carol House, I was treated with respect and professionalism.  Excellent company to work for with great benefits.  Brook, Amy and Ken forego the industry trend of selling generic, poor quality products, that may at first be aesthetically pleasing and instead focus on well built furniture that will withstand everyday use, that is equal in workmanship and appearance. As far as quality and value Carol House has no equal.

Great place for furniture. I've bought about a half dozen things from them over the years, all great quality stuff. Prices are reasonable. The only thing I don't like is where you first walk the sales agents are all crowded around the door waiting like sharks. That said, they are always super nice and helpful. Recommended if you are looking for furniture.

I'm very split on my experience with Carol House. Sometimes, their exceptional knowledge and customer service make the visit and the brick n mortar surcharge worth it. Other times, I've been helped by sales people who just didn't listen, or didn't understand their products. Of the handful of times I've purchased furniture, some of it was on time and courteously delivered. Other times, I get pillows that are not properly stuffed or guys who track mud through my house. Overall, meh. I've started ordering more online - the prices are better although I've got to assemble things myself. I'm starting to think the bigger selection is worth it. My most recent experience was a delay of almost 4 months on furniture, and despite them giving me a refund they also held onto all my money the whole time (essentially I gave them a free loan for thousands of dollars), so I think it's overall a negative. I don't think I'll be back.
