There is no better than Donna Lentz!!! she is never pushy, she always asks if the property would be something you would see yourself living in, does it meet all your criteria? she makes you THINK about what you are looking at, instead of just seeing the ''eye candy'' on the surface... she refers to the things most important to you on her questionnaire. She always makes you feel that the decision is yours & gives you time to think about it,,, never PUSHY! If there is a reason she knows of that we need to make a decision so to get our contract in quickly, she gives you 'reason' & the time constraint we have. But, not in a way she is pressuring to buy! she waits until you have toured the property & THEN if you are seriously interested she will share that info, not before to be pushy! She always had history on the property & if she couldnt answer the question, she immediately calls the listing agent in front of you... if the agent is available she asks our question, then with speaker phone lets us hear the answer. She makes you feel like you are her only client & can give you all the time you need!! even tho she is tremendously busy! Her patience spanned 8 years for us! we lived 400 miles away, coming 1 or 2 times a month & she was always prepared for us! my husband was slow to decide (hard for him to spend money! hahaha) we had put contracts on several that didnt work out for us...Then we had a family emergency, moved here in a rental.. when time came for us to buy again 4 yrs & 6 mos later, we called her... she immediately knew my name!! the following day made time to show us a property that was back on the market we had looked at 8 years earlier. We put a contract on it the next day! lots of negotiating going back & forth before we all agreed-- but she never backed down.. Always keeping OUR BEST INTEREST first each time. Was constantly in contact with us from then until we closed! and then several times afterwards to ask if we liked our new home! SHE IS THE BEST!
