I only give 2 ratings, Excellent (5 stars) or Poor (1 star). I've stayed at numerous cabins in Stonebridge, and this one has been by far the worst. Maybe it's Sunset or perhaps it's the owners.  Either way, I'm very disappointed.

One bed was filthy; LOTS of white dog hair all over the comforter and the blanket was caked in it.  Glad one guest brought their own sheets/blanket so my wife and I could sleep in something clean. Also glad we brought our own pillows bc the ones provided were laughably flat.  
One bed was so flimsy it felt like the headboard was going to fall apart the second you sat on the edge of the bed.  
Multiple ceiling fans were so poorly put together you would think they were going to disintegrate like a crashing helicopter.
The bunk beds?  My daughters had 1 night in those things and we didn't feel safe to do that again. Missing support beams to hold the top mattress and that thing shook/swayed so bad I'm surprised it could handle the dolls our daughters put on there.
The best part?  We were so close to the golf course/creek that we could hear the creek flowing when the windows were opened.  

My suggestions:  1) Find a new housekeeping service. $200 is too high for what they've provided and for what you charged us.  2) Fix the beds and ceiling fans.  3) Provide a feedback section to allow new renters to give timely feedback the minute the walk in.  Would have been nice to notify someone about this stuff at the moment.
This experience won't keep us from renting again in Stonebridge, but I'll seriously reconsider using Sunset Nightly Rentals again.

We have used Sunset Nightly Rentals on more than one occasion, They are Very friendly and helpful. Wonderful properties and answered all fo our questions. Would highly recommend if staying in Branson

Awesome rental we stayed in lazy pine lodge in stonebridge. Close to things to do and restaurants.  Rental was very clean.  Easy to book and service was friendly.  Will rent with them again!!!!!

We had a great time, and did not have the hassle of getting a place to stay, late check in, etc. You gave us a worry free vacation in a beautiful location. Every thing at the condo was great.

Sunset Nightly Rentals - Great customer service!  Had an issue with the ice maker.  We called and she took care of the concern very quickly. Our stay was wonderful.  

Stayed at the Fall Creek Resort Condos-Serenity Falls.  Lots for the kids to do and very relaxing on the balcony. Watched the ducks on the water.  

Will use them again when we are back in Branson!
