Our table was ready on a Friday night after about 10 minutes. Had a party of 5. Ordered bacon cheese fries as an appetizer. Those were SUPER cold and the cheddar that covered the fries was ridiculously cold. I lifted one fry to eat and the entire layer of cheese was molded to the fry. When the rest of our food came out EVERY SINGLE THING was cold except the the WARM fries. The waitress did a great job and she did replace our cheese fries, but my kids were hungry and I got tired of complaining so we just packed up our cold food and went home. If you want your food hot and fresh this is not the place to go. The food tasted pretty good after I went home and warmed it up. Prices and portions were very reasonable.

Service was slow.  My food wad not cooked correctly but since I had already been waiting so long I ate it. Drink was very good though.

Wait staff was very nice and accommodating.  We had a large group and they did everything to meet and exceed our needs.  The food was great and drinks stayed full.

The food was great but service was lacking. We had to ask the waiter several times for additional products for the table or missing items. Often times he needed to be reminded, which was rather frustrating. We understand it was busy in there and we had a large party but we felt as if his visits to the table were significantly less than average. Other than that, he seemed like a pretty nice guy. The food was delicious, though, with everything arriving in a relatively timely manner. We were definitely grateful that for being situated in a busy environment and with it being New Years Eve that they did not have a delay in seating us, whereas most the surrounding restaurants had wait times upwards of an hour for lunch time.

I went here when it was pretty busy and the waitress was really attentive. Food was pretty good. Not sure if I would go back for another buffalo chicken wrap though
