she was buried in the wrong casket that was $1100.00 cheaper than what we paid for. 
we asked for her to have NO MAKEUP - they put heavy eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, rouge and lipstick on her AND drew eyebrows on her.
her memorial pamphlet did not have her picture on it (it had a picture of a candle) nor her obituary info, it strictly said Born: this date - Died: this date
Inside her casket was supposed to say "mother and wife" - it said "mother / grandmother"
when I said something to the funeral director, he argued with myself and my father in law that we were wrong but we have the paperwork that says otherwise.
wrong dates were put on her death certificate and now we will have to wait who knows how long to get the correct certificates. This just took the cake!

Tom offered us his apology and the $1100 difference for the casket but honestly, we are NOT satisfied. This was a disaster and we will NOT bury another loved one here. selling our remaining plots asap!
