I am so frustrated!!!!!  I was originally told that service could be provided next day to only find out it that it had to be delayed 3 days because the water heater was heavy and the plumber didn’t have help

On day of installation the technician drilled a screw directly into my main power line - called me and told me he didn’t know what happened, that the new unit shocked him and somehow had a burn spot on it and I needed to call an electrician.  I tried to get the technician to retrace his steps as it wasn’t a problem before he installed the new heater and he just shooked his head and said it was an electrical problem he didn’t do anything that could have caused it.   Found out that the entire newly installed water heater had approx 120 volts going through it so of course all power was disconnected to my house as it was a major fire hazard.  At this point I’m trying to figure out where we were going to sleep that night and the Carolina tech simply got in his van and drove away. Electrician found the damaged wire from the screw drilled for new vent attachment to the outside and thankfully was able to botch my power line until Monday so power could be restored - now I have to have major electrical work performed because of the screw in the power line 

After I called the office back and told them the root cause they sent the tech back - and then I was told the water heater was hooked up and safe to use - I even asked about the gas smell and he told me it was because it was new

Came home the very next day to the smell of gas - once again called local gas company for inspection - and was told I had multiple gas leaks - the gas company had to again turn off my gas

my water heater went out in middle of night and carolina plumbing was right on the job. replaced w/h and was very knowledgable. very impressed

Carolina Plumbing provided very professional & friendly service both from office personnel & technician. They even went the extra mile in providing some education on the work that was performed.

Received excellent service in less than 3 hours.  Got a quality pump, any pump other than what Lowe's and Home Depot sells, and great service from Mr. Todd and the other dude. 5 domiciles salute you CPWS. Thank You from Meadow Breeze Properties.
