I could not be more unhappy with this company.  We thought calling a reputable chain brand that advertises 24 hour emergency plumbing services was the better choice.  We were happy to pay a little more for the convenience and probability of quicker service.  What a disaster. He arrived early, which was great, but he quickly turned into a temperamental and unprofessional technician who walked off the job because we went with the lower quoted work after explaining we could get a better rate on the higher quoted work.  That's business.  We aren't obligated to accept your quote.  That's why there is a diagnostic fee.  So you can come out, diagnose and quote.  Called Roto Rooter back and was told another tech would be out later the same afternoon and we'd be getting a call back from a supervisor.  Waited and no one came out because we weren't put on the books for the afternoon.  Apparently we have to speak with the supervisor, who never bothered to call back, in order to be rescheduled.  And the lady who scheduled us never bothered to let us know we couldn't be placed on the books after all.  Meanwhile we were left with no ability to use any water because the pipes were so backed up.  Called a local company and they came to the rescue that evening.  Terrible customer service.  The only good thing was we were able to locate a better company in the process.

First it needs to be said, their Greensboro customer service office was polite, efficient, and called back when they said they would. A++! The technician, Ben (Plumber) was on time, polite, quick and efficient. He explained what he may or may not need to do and the costs prior. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need. I will definitely use again. Thank you, Kris

Very competent plumber service in Greensboro, NC.  Technician paid attention to my problem description, went into the crawl space to look at the drain lines, let me know where he thought the drain block was,  went back and took apart the drain line, confirmed the blockage, cleaned it out, reassembled the pipe, and thoroughly checked the system to insure proper draining and no leakage. I was most impressed with his methodology and communicating what he was doing with me. I had expected some sort of "snaking out" of the line but he didn't even suggest that and went straight to the source of the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Wish every service person I called was as knowledgeable and competent as Ben was. If you want a good job done with no hassle, call Roto-Rooter.

Our service technician, Ben Perry, was very thorough checking all sites that could be causing our plumbing issues.  Problem fixed ! Ben was so polite and friendly, and also very confident in his ability to correct the problem.  Its been a long time since we've experienced such wonderful customer service.  Ben is a definite asset to your company.  If we ever need a plumber in Greensboro NC again - you will be the company we will call.

Melvin was friendly and very knowledgeable.  It was 29 degrees that morning and he worked as long as it took to thoroughly clean my service line.  Very satisfied with the service that I received.
