We are glad we found  the car we were looking for close to home. The staff , Alex and Tho were great handling the purchase.  I trust  the future maintenance of our car will be well taken care of.

Visited for an oil change while on vacation.  These folks were wonderful and even washed our car before handing it back!. Affordable and professional. Great experience.

We moved here from Seattle about a year ago.  I immediately took the car in for routine service and met Josh Simpson, service manager.  He impressed me as knowledgable and had the ability to listen and do the right thing.  They sent him to their Savannah store to run their service department.  GOOD NEWS!  Josh is back at Hilton Head Volvo in Bluffton.  I had my car in for my 45K  service and it was a welcome surprise to see him at the Service Desk.  I am old Detroit guy and learned a great deal about dealer operations.  Josh does the right thing, does the best that he can, and treats people the way he would like to be treated himself.  I was in sales myself.  Sales finds customers and service keeps them.  As long as Josh is at this store we will have at least one Volvo in our garage.
