I've used a local Mercedes dealership since I moved to southeast Georgia and have been less than pleased to say the least. I decided to make the extra drive and use Hilton Head for my most recent service and am extremely happy I did. Every employee I interacted with was really friendly and professional, the service was quick and the prices were fair. It's really a great facility and there's no doubt that Hilton Head will be the dealership I use for all my future service needs.

The entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Hilton Head is top-notch.  Their excellent reputation is well deserved.  The commercial manager, Brett Williamson, is professional and extremely knowledgeable.  We will definitely be using them for all of our car buying needs.

Bianka is by far the most professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating sales professional that I have ever purchased a vehicle from.  What a pleasure it was to do business with Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head.

Bought used Porsche Cayenne over internet after talking with Sales person Thomas Michalopoulos - car was flawless as described and fully detailed and ready to go upon my arrival after a 13hr drive from the Northeast. Buy with confidence - stand up bunch at this dealership !
