We've been in the construction process with Carothers for 10 months (by our choosing) on our dream home. We had our final walk through today, and I cannot brag enough on the Carothers team! Scot (new home salesman), Ashley (interior designer), and Todd (construction superintendent) were pleasures to work with. Always available to answer my questions or concerns, and fill all of my requests. When we hit a snag in the final few weeks, Todd worked incredibly hard to get our house closed on time!! No house building process is seamless, but I have no complaints about how this went - the hiccups were handles promptly and professionally, and I was always treated with the utmost respect. I so appreciate every member of the Carothers team - because of them, my dream house is a reality!

The Carothers team over came obstacles to keep our move in date! Plus they built a beautiful custom home for us! I strongly recommend this company.

We love it so far. We still im the beginning of building our house but customer service is sure #1 for the Carothers Home.
Went to the Carothers Executive home to pick everything for my house, Shawna was very helpful and took her time.

Home built in 2005 starter home 4 beds, 2 bath. Poorest builders grade materials I have ever seen. Home warranty is a must have as the house has needed foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical, act work annually! Most warranties are

I purchased a home with Carothers and they have looked for any and all loop holes to get out of fixing and adding anything to our home that was not there as we requested.  There homes are nice but there customer service is horrible.  They give you a phone number to call if there are any issues or emergency such as leaks that are covered under warranty but the number does not even go to anyone at Carothers.  We asked for our home to be built like a home they they showed us minus things that we did not opt for in the extras and things we added in.  It is the same floor plan but they did not even put doors, shelfs, fixtures, and lights in the same spot.  They say to you that well we were past that phase in your house when you looked at it.  As if I am a Contractor and know when shelfs and doors go up.  And to top it off they day I moved in they said the house was cleaned and there were muddy boot prints on the floor.  Awesome looking homes but horrible ethics.
